Engineers draft turbine designs, considering factors like Water head, water flow, pressure, and desired output. Customization may be required for specific sites.

Material Selection

KBA 1056 6 + 2 (including UV) offset printing machine, KBA 105 5 + 1 high-match offset press, Heidelberg five-color high-match offset press

Casting & Forging

Melt metals to form turbine blades, rotors, and other components. Ensure precision for efficient water flow and energy conversion.

Machining
